01. Service Eligibility
To access AIBizFlow, you must be a registered legal entity or an individual of at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
02. Platform Usage
Our AI models are provided for business process optimization. Users are prohibited from utilizing AIBizFlow for deceptive practices, automated spam, or any activity that violates the laws of the United Kingdom or international regulations.
03. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload. AIBizFlow claims no ownership over your proprietary business information. We process your data strictly to provide and improve the services you have requested.
The Guardian of
Intellectual Property
Every algorithm, interface design, and proprietary methodology within the AIBizFlow ecosystem is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for internal business operations.
Conversely, any outputs generated by our AI using your specific datasets are your property, subject to your compliance with these terms. We do not use your proprietary outputs to train models for other clients without explicit, written consent.

Understanding Obligations
Warranty Disclaimers

Termination Rights
You may terminate your account at any time. AIBizFlow reserves the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
Post-Termination Data
Upon service end, we provide a 30-day grace period for you to export your data before it is permanently purged from our active clusters.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Arbitration will occur in London.
